PROCEDURE FOR CHECK-IN: All confirmed participants must check-in at the Beachfront Marquee on either Saturday 5th February between 15:00 - 17:30 (preferred option) or Sunday 6th February between 06:00 - 07:00. At check-in, swimmers will receive their swim cap, timing band, race number and start wave. Please note that there is a $25 replacement fee for lost timing bands.
For the overall safety and effective management of the event the race organizers reserve the right to restrict entries and/or refuse entry to any swimmer.
